How to use essential oils to detoxify the liver

The liver cleanse program using therapeutic-grade essentials oil is a powerful way to clear the liver of built-up toxins and debris. However, within the basic framework of this program, there can be many variations; what works for one person might need some tweaking for another.

The following is one possible variation of the basic protocol.


Upon awaking in the morning: First thing in the morning, squeeze the juice from half a lemon into 8 oz of pure water and drink it right down. This can be sweetened with Agave syrup if it's too tart, but it's better not to.

Liver Cleanse Protocols:

Because of the differences between people, their specific needs and how their systems respond to supplements and oils, you will need to do some experimentation to find the liver cleanse regimen that is just right for you.

The following links will take you to examples of what some people have done.  So, give one a try, tinker with it, tweak it, and see how you do.

Before breakfast: About 30-45 minutes before breakfast, take:

At lunch: take:

Depending on the level of toxic load being carried, it might be helpful go on a liquid and salad diet: all raw foods, vegetable juices (preferably the Vital Life juice — 4 oz, four times a day) to further cleanse the liver.

Before bed: At night, take:

For one week during this program, if the gallbladder is carrying an overload, you could take one "00" capsule of the liver opening blend at mid-day.  And after three days, you could add one B-complex tablet at mid-day.

Drink a gallon and a half of water a day with 8 oz of raw, unsweetened cranberry juice in it.  This will help to dissolve and flush out of the liver any calcifications that might be there, plugging things.

Stay with this for a couple of weeks and see how you feel, then alter this program, depending on the results.

Basically, you should stay on this program for 90 days.
