Mary Young's Essential Oil Liver Cleanse Protocol
One approach to using essential oils to detoxify the liver

The liver cleanse program using therapeutic-grade essentials oil is a powerful way to clear the liver of built-up toxins and debris. However, within the basic framework of this program, there can be many variations; what works for one person might need some tweaking for another.
The following is what Mary Young did for her liver cleanse program:
Upon arising in the morning: Take on an empty stomach, with a big glass of water: one "0" capsule each of:
- Ledum,
- Celery seed, and
- Helichrysum.
Instead of these, you could substitute one "00" capsule of the liver clearing blend.
With breakfast: About 30-45 minutes later, have breakfast. Included with your meal:
- The super MSM supplement.
Following breakfast: About 20 minutes after breakfast, take the following:
- 4 tablets of the hepatic clearing supplement, and
- 1 each of the digestive enzymes (the allergy enzyme blend, the carb-digesting enzyme blend, the detoxifying enzyme blend, the fiber-digesting enzyme blend, the fat-digesting enzyme blend and the proteolytic enzyme blend).
At lunch: At noon, with lunch, take:
- 4 tablets of the hepatic clearing supplement.
Before bed: In the evening, before bed, take:
- One capsule each of:
- Ledum,
- Celery seed,
- Helichrysum,
- The liver opening blend,
- 4 tablets of the hepatic clearing supplement (making that 12 tablets per day),
- 1 each of all the enzymes,
- 1 capsule of the colon toning supplement.
Mary finds that it's better to leave time in between these, because it's easier on the body if you don't take too much at one time.
She reports feeling a lot better than she had before, and all of her liver spots, which she had had for many years, have all disappeared, and her skin looks and feels great.

Because of the differences between people, their specific needs and how their systems respond to supplements and oils, you'll need to do some experimentation to find the liver cleanse regimen that is just right for you.
