Mary Young's Essential Oil Liver Cleanse Protocol

One approach to using essential oils to detoxify the liver

The liver cleanse program using therapeutic-grade essentials oil is a powerful way to clear the liver of built-up toxins and debris. However, within the basic framework of this program, there can be many variations; what works for one person might need some tweaking for another.

The following is what Mary Young did for her liver cleanse program:


Upon arising in the morning: Take on an empty stomach, with a big glass of water: one "0" capsule each of:

Instead of these, you could substitute one "00" capsule of the liver clearing blend.

With breakfast: About 30-45 minutes later, have breakfast. Included with your meal:

Following breakfast: About 20 minutes after breakfast, take the following:

At lunch: At noon, with lunch, take:

Mary finds that it's better to leave time in between these, because it's easier on the body if you don't take too much at one time.

She reports feeling a lot better than she had before, and all of her liver spots, which she had had for many years, have all disappeared, and her skin looks and feels great.
