Liver Spots: An outward indicator of your health
The iceberg syndrome: a relational indicator of a toxic liver and brain age

Contrary to what many people think, liver spots — those brown spots on the hands, arms and face — are not from having babies. They are from liver toxicity.
For example: Mary Young has had liver spots for many years, long before she ever had a baby. She developed them as a result of heavy toxic exposure.
When Mary was in her twenties, she went to school in Austria and Switzerland. One thing she didn't understand, however, was that the water there needed to be filtered; so she just drank it out of the tap. In addition to this, because she had very limited means, she ate the best she could, but it was a very poor diet. As a result, her health suffered.
After that, she spent two years in South America working with her brother on her family's gold mine, breathing in mercury vapors and other toxic chemicals, not knowing how damaging it was.
But after working at cleansing her liver, she is feeling better and better, and her liver spots are all gone, and her skin is looking fantastic.
You should also bear in mind that, when you see brown spots on the skin, there will be three to four times that much on the brain. It's like an iceberg: 80% of it is under water. So, if you have a big liver spot on your skin, there will be three to four times that much discoloration on the brain. It’s called brain aging.
So how do we keep the brain youthful and vibrant and healthy? By keeping the liver vibrant and healthy.
